1. 개요

본 약관은 아지(대표 김성훈, 사업자등록번호 354-70-00818, 이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 애플리케이션 cue(이하 "앱") 이용에 관한 조건을 규정합니다. 이용자가 앱을 다운로드·사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

2. 서비스 내용

cue는 잊지 말아야 할 항목을 잠금화면·Dynamic Island·Live Activity에 표시하는 개인 생산성 도구입니다. 일부 기능은 유료 구독 또는 일회성 구매(이하 "프리미엄")를 통해 제공됩니다.

3. 프리미엄 구독 및 결제

• 결제는 Apple App Store 계정을 통해 청구됩니다.
• 구독 상품: 월간 구독, 연간 구독 — 자동 갱신형입니다. 현재 만료 기간 종료 24시간 이전에 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신되며, 갱신 요금이 청구됩니다.
• 일회성 상품: 평생 이용권(Lifetime)은 1회 결제로 자동 갱신되지 않습니다.
• 가격은 App Store에 표시된 금액을 따르며, 지역·환율·정책에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
• 구독 관리·해지는 기기의 설정 > Apple 계정 > 구독에서 할 수 있습니다.
• 환불은 Apple의 정책을 따릅니다. 운영자는 App Store를 통한 결제의 환불을 직접 처리하지 않습니다.

4. 이용자의 책임

이용자는 앱을 관련 법령과 본 약관에 따라 사용해야 하며, 앱을 역설계·불법 복제·오용해서는 안 됩니다.

5. 데이터 및 개인정보

이용자 데이터 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. cue는 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며 콘텐츠는 이용자 기기와 iCloud에 저장됩니다.

6. 면책

앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 운영자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 앱 이용으로 발생한 데이터 손실·일정 누락 등 간접·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 앱은 리마인더 표시 보조 도구이며, 중요한 일정의 최종 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

7. 약관 변경

본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.

1. Overview

These terms govern your use of cue ("the App"), provided by AZI (Sunghun Kim, business reg. no. 354-70-00818) ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

cue is a personal productivity tool that surfaces the one thing you shouldn't forget on your Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, and Live Activities. Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase ("Premium").

3. Premium Subscriptions & Payment

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account.
• Subscriptions: Monthly and Yearly plans auto-renew. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, they renew automatically and you are charged the renewal price.
• One-time: The Lifetime purchase is a single payment and does not auto-renew.
• Prices are those shown in the App Store and may vary by region and currency.
• Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
• Refunds follow Apple's policies; we do not process refunds for App Store purchases directly.

4. Your Responsibilities

Use the App lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Do not reverse-engineer, pirate, or misuse it.

5. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. cue runs no servers of its own; content is stored on your device and iCloud.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages such as data loss or missed events. cue is an aid for surfacing reminders; you remain responsible for managing your important events.
