개인정보처리방침

앱 이름: cue · 시행일: 2026-07-19

아지(대표 김성훈, 사업자등록번호 354-70-00818, 이하 "운영자")는 cue(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 여기며, 아래와 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다. cue는 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 이용자가 입력한 내용은 기본적으로 이용자 기기와 Apple iCloud에만 저장됩니다.

1. 수집·이용하는 정보

가. 이용자가 앱에 입력·저장하는 데이터

• 메모, 할일, 일정, 집중(포모도로) 세션 등 이용자가 직접 만든 콘텐츠.
• 저장 위치: 이용자 기기 로컬 저장소 및 Apple iCloud. 운영자 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 운영자는 이 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다. iCloud 동기화는 Apple 계정 및 Apple 개인정보 정책을 따릅니다.

나. 기기 권한으로 접근하는 정보 (미리 알림 · 캘린더)

• 이용자가 허용한 경우, 앱은 기기의 미리 알림 및 캘린더 데이터를 읽어 화면과 잠금화면 Live Activity에 표시합니다.
• 이 데이터는 기기 내에서만 사용되며 외부로 전송·저장되지 않습니다. 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.

다. 서비스 분석 정보 (Google Firebase / Analytics)

• 앱 개선을 위해 Google Firebase Analytics를 사용합니다. 이를 통해 기기 종류·OS 버전·앱 버전·대략적 사용 패턴(화면 진입, 기능 사용 등)·앱 인스턴스 식별자 등의 가명·통계 데이터가 Google 서버로 수집될 수 있습니다.
• 운영자는 이 정보로 개인을 식별하지 않습니다. 처리 주체 및 상세는 Google Firebase 개인정보 정책 및 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
• 또한 Firebase Remote Config로 최소 지원 버전 등 원격 설정값을 받아오며, 이 과정에서 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

라. 결제 정보

• 구독 및 구매는 전적으로 Apple App Store(StoreKit)를 통해 처리됩니다. 운영자는 이용자의 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보를 수집·보관하지 않습니다. 결제 관련 처리는 Apple 개인정보 정책을 따릅니다.

2. 제3자 처리 위탁

운영자는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 각 수탁자의 개인정보 처리는 해당 사업자의 정책을 따릅니다.

• Google LLC (Firebase Analytics / Remote Config) — 앱 사용 통계 분석 및 원격 구성. 데이터는 Google 서버에 저장되며 미국 등 해외로 이전될 수 있습니다.
• Apple Inc. — iCloud 저장/동기화, App Store 결제 처리.

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기

• 이용자 콘텐츠(메모·할일·일정·집중 세션): 이용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 보유하며, 삭제 시 기기 및 iCloud에서 즉시 파기됩니다. 운영자는 별도로 보관하지 않습니다.
• 분석 데이터(Firebase Analytics): Google에 설정된 보관 기간(기본 최대 14개월) 경과 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
• 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구·재생이 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제합니다.

4. 자동으로 수집되는 식별자 및 거부 방법

• 앱은 통계 분석을 위해 Firebase가 생성하는 앱 인스턴스 식별자 및 기기 식별자(IDFV 등)를 자동으로 수집할 수 있습니다.
• 이용자는 기기의 [설정] > [개인정보 보호 및 보안] > [추적] 및 [Apple 광고] 설정에서 추적/맞춤형 광고를 제한할 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 해당 식별자를 통한 수집이 중단됩니다.

5. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 기기 설정에서 권한(미리 알림·캘린더·알림·추적)을 철회하고, 앱 내에서 자신의 데이터를 열람·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 관련 요청은 아래 개인정보 보호책임자 연락처로 하실 수 있으며, 운영자는 지체 없이 조치합니다.

6. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

이용자 콘텐츠는 운영자 서버가 아닌 이용자 기기와 Apple iCloud에 저장되어 Apple의 기기·계정 보안(암호화 등)으로 보호됩니다. 분석 데이터는 Google Firebase의 보안 조치를 따릅니다.

9. 아동의 개인정보

cue는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

10. 방침 변경

본 방침이 변경될 경우 변경 내용과 시행일을 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.

Privacy Policy

AZI (Sunghun Kim, business reg. no. 354-70-00818) ("we") respects your privacy. cue ("the App") does not run its own servers; content you enter is stored only on your device and in your Apple iCloud.

1. Information We Collect and Use

a. Content you create in the App

• Memos, tasks, schedules, and focus (Pomodoro) sessions you create.
• Stored on your device and in Apple iCloud only. It is never sent to us, and we cannot access it. iCloud sync follows your Apple account and the Apple Privacy Policy.

b. Device permissions (Reminders & Calendar)

• With your permission, the App reads your device's Reminders and Calendar to display them on screen and in Lock Screen Live Activities.
• This data is used on-device only and is never transmitted or stored externally. You can revoke permission anytime in device Settings.

c. Analytics (Google Firebase / Analytics)

• We use Google Firebase Analytics to improve the App. It may collect pseudonymous / aggregate data such as device model, OS version, app version, general usage patterns, and an app-instance identifier, on Google's servers.
• We do not identify individuals from this data. See Firebase and Google privacy policies.
• We also use Firebase Remote Config to receive settings such as the minimum supported version; no personal data is collected in this process.

d. Payments

• Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). We do not collect or store your payment details. See the Apple Privacy Policy.

2. Third-Party Processors

• Google LLC (Firebase / Analytics) — usage analytics, remote configuration.
• Apple Inc. — iCloud storage/sync, App Store payments.

3. Retention & Deletion

Content you create is retained until you delete it in the App or delete the App, at which point it is removed from your device and iCloud; we keep no separate copy. Firebase Analytics data is deleted after Google's configured retention period (up to 14 months by default).

4. Your Rights & Opting Out

You may revoke permissions (Reminders, Calendar, Notifications) and delete your data at any time in the App and device Settings. You can limit tracking and personalized ads under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and Apple Advertising. Contact us with any questions.

5. Children

cue is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
